The best homestay/ hostel I've ever stayed.nRooms are clean and comfy. The location is between the city and Trang An, so it is perfect for someone with a motorbike like me.nAnd the best of all is the host. What a smiley, polite and welcoming lady. I can feel that guest satisfaction is her priority, not the money.nFor sure a place I would stay again and recommend to others.

We really liked this hotel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are big and clean and very modern, especially for such a good price. We would definitely go back here. My boyfriend did get sick after eating at the restaurant, so we probably would not recommend eating there. He got the burger. But the hotel rooms & staff were 10/10. Lovely place. Location was awesome, a 5 minute walk from the busy drinking and shopping stress in Ninh Bin, so it was loud when you were sleeping but it was easy to walk home. You can rent a scooter at this hotel but they're are all pretty run down. It seemed that most of the scooter options in the area were pretty bad so we were fine with what we got.

I enjoyed staying here The lady is good and helps you out, she has information sheets prepared to show you the tourist hot spots around Ninh Binh. Scooter rent is 100k and don’t have to give passport or any of that funny business so that is fantastic.nnI could send whatsapp messages to order coffee or motorbike etc and the lady was fast and responsive which was great.nnWater was really hot.nnI would stay here again for sure.

Rose was an exceptional host. She allows us to arrive after 10 pm and no problem. The breakfast was prepared before we eoke up and we were in a hurry so there was very helpful. The rooms are very clean and the home is very nice
