The Melbourne Hotel

Great palace to stay in VietnamnOur stay in the Melbourne hotel was great. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us some good advice about tours in the region. The breakfast was good and we also had the option to eat diner at the hotel once because we arrived late in the evening. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean! We would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice family style hotel, with big rooms, table and chair for people working with a notebook. Fridge (minibar) and cattle available. Nice bathroom (see my pictures). Calm area. Good for peace seekers. You need to rent a motorbike to go around, or use taxi/grab/private driver (they can arrange it for you). Restaurants and shops are not very close, but at walkable distance. Friendly staff. Recommended.

The staff offered such a personal service, that it made the whole experience feel extremely exclusive. The hotel is lovely, the breakfast brilliant, we even had tours as they were so good!

After a warm welcome with a cold fresh orange juice, I went up to my room and was surprised by the interior that can easily complete with a European high standard hotel.nI spent three days and two nights in the Melbourne Hotel exploring the area around Ninh Binh with the help of the inviting, reliable and down to earth staff that helped me organizing tours, booking train tickets getting around and much more. Highly recommend!

Surprising awesome gem in the middle of a more rural section of Ninh Binh! Easy access by scooter to Mua Caves, Tam Coc, and all the temples and activities in the surrounding area. Also a short cab ride to the downtown area. The breakfast was delicious, the room was impressively comfortable, and the staff was kind and helpful.
