Simply the best hotel owners you'll ever find, I was overwhelmed with the kindness, care and advice on hand. Large spacious rooms with TV, strong WiFi & AC if required. Highly recommended

Room was great, but its the host that really makes this place special. She was so accommodating, kind and very thoughtful! Even helping me after we had left the hotel. We rented a scooter for 2 days also to see the sights which was definitely worth it. A little far to walk to the city but she also had free bikes for us to use should we have needed them. Best hotel we stayed in in Vietnam.

Very friendly and accommodating owners. The hotel is clean, but isn't muh to write home about. Drinks and such are reasonably priced. If you have a motorbike (or rent one of the hotel's) you can get wherever you want to go. On foot it would be a bit of a hike to get to the main parts of town.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. Really go out of their way to be helpful. They called our bus driver to double check where we would be dropped off so that they could give us the best directions, offered to organise our taxi and this was all before we'd even checked in!

The best hotel in Ninh Binh! The manager speaks very good English and is very attentive making sure you have everything you need, whether it's free water and tea, information about the area, enough towels/toilet roll, motorbikes/bicycles, everything. All the family are very friendly, the breakfast is big and tasty, the bed was probably the comfiest in our 4 months travelling Asia (memory foam!). Would recommend to everyone!
