There are not many choices of supermarkets in Vinh, so Big C seems to be the best one. Avoid in the end of a day, during lunch break (11am-1pm) and on weekends if you don’t want to sneak between families with huge trolleys. Staff is a bit annoying and sometimes they may follow you on a half meter distance while you’re choosing goods.nAlso, you may use your own eco-bags instead of plastic ones.
