Ruined my moms smile

I just finished my Invisalign treatment here and am very happy with everything. The staff are so professional and friendly and most of them speak perfect English. They were always so accommodating when I had to reschedule appointments. My treatment was supposed to be 9 months, but we ended up finishing after about 4-5 months. I couldn't be happier with the results and my overall experience here. Would definitely recommend this location and will be back for all my dental needs.

On the 30/01/20 I attended the Lan Anh Dental Clinic in District 7 Ho Chi Minh City. I chose this dentist as they have a good reputation for service and quality. I am writing this so others do not make the same mistake I did. This was to be a mistake. I currently live in Australia and returned to Vietnam for Tet. While there I planned on having some work done on my teeth.nnI required a filling on a left front tooth. This was done by the dentist Mr Tu. I also had a ceramic tooth put in on the right side rear. All appeared fine and it was done with professionalism. I was told the tooth would be fine to use and there would be no problems such as eating and cleaning as normal. The total of this work cost in excess of 7 million VNDnnDuring the rest of my stay in Ho Chi Minh City there appeared to be no issues. I returned to Australia on the 03/02/20. On the 08/02/20 the filling fell out during brushing. This caused discomfort and caused the tooth to become very sensitive. So much so that I could not clean or eat on that side of my mouth. The ceramic tooth that was put in has also caused issues as it is swollen causing me to bite the inside of my mouth causing pain and discomfort.nnThat night I contacted the dentist via email that and received a reply from the receptionist that she will talk to the dentist and get him to contact me. This he did a whole day later on the 10/02/20.nnHis response was to use warm salt water and to go to the chemist to get some Arthodont. This is not available in Australia. The dentist was not helpful at all and showed no concern.nnI after speaking to customer service and complaining about the bad service they agreed to a refund of 1 million VND only. I now have to have the teeth fixed in Australia at a greater cost. Which means I am out of pocket twice. The 1 million VND offered as a refund will not even cover the consultation fee in Australia.nnI want to advise anyone who is planning to have any dental work done at Lan Anh Dental Clinic in District 7 Ho Chi Minh City to not use them and seek another dentist. The level of service and quality of work from here is very low. As for the customer service that is also very low. They do not care that their bad quality of work has affected me and caused stress and discomfort. Not to mention financial worries as I now have to pay for the work to be re-done.nnIf you don’t care about quality or customer service then use Lan Anh Dental Clinic in District 7 Ho Chi Minh City. If you do care about quality and customer service do not use them. Especially for people who live overseas and are looking to get dental work done on return trip or holiday to Vietnam.nnThere are good quality dentists in Ho Chi Minh City, but Lan Anh Dental Clinic in District 7 Ho Chi Minh City is not one of them.nnAs a rating of 1 to 5 I give them 0.

Bad customer service! The reception staff are not friendly and unhelpful. The dentist is good and friendly, though.
