Perfect place to start a business in Vietnam. Mine was a small start-up dealing with manufacturing computer components so all we needed was a small factory of around 600m2. Splendid support services, international staffs (fluent in English, Japanese, Korean), security service with live-feeding camera and the beautiful & green scenery are a big plus. They offer free recruiting service & even have rental forklift so we don't have to invest in buying one just for occasional use.

Nice & professional staff, speaks Korean, Japanese, and English. Attended one of their seminar/business matching - seems like a good rental factory place for small to medium foreign investors investing in Vietnam since the size of their workshops runs from 250m2 to 2000m2
