The best travel agent in Hanoi.nThe staffs very helpful and arrange the tour and the train/bus tickets for us. The price for the tours are reasonable and we really enjoy the tours.nThank you everything for your help, we appreciate a lot.

This was our first cruise and it more than exceeded our expectations! We spent 3 days and 2 nights sailing through Ha Long Bay with Paradise Cruises. We chose Paradise because the reviews were excellent, and we can see why. The boat was in excellent condition, the food was delicious, the activities were well-organized, and the staff were above and beyond helpful and friendly. Viet, our booking agent, made the process easy for us. Don't miss this trip while you're in Southeast Asia!

Last month I went to Vietnam for around 1 month and it was one of the best trips I have ever done. Viet was the one who arranged my trip. Everything was perfectly planned to my liking and he is very kind and helpful. He often asked me if everything was ok so far which is very nice.nVietnam is amazing country with great and friendly people. Also the food is amazing! I can honestly not wait to go back again.nIf you're looking for a good agency to travel through Vietnam, I highly recommend Old Quarter Travel!

My partner and me travelled 2 weeks in North Vietnam and worked together with Old Quarter Travel to make our travel arrangements for the entire trip. Right from the start when preparing our trip - in contrast with some other travel agencies - there was a good agile communication. They clearly understand what customer centricity is about : trying to make recommendations based on your specific needs, showing flexibility when needed.
