We bought motor bikes from a different shop in Hanoi and planned to drive them all the way down to Cambodia through Laos. By the time we got to Ninh Binh we had already been in and out of 3 different motor bike shops for electrical issues with one of our bikes. These guys were the first shop to correctly diagnose and permanently fix the issues. We made the rest of the journey down to Cambodia without any issues. The staff were very friendly and fixed the bike for a fair price.

Alan and his crew, especially Cuong, are fantastic! Came there 3 times during 1 day and the were smiling and nice to meet every time. They gave me reasonable prices. And when I came back for the third time to get my rack fixed they were just about to close, but they kept open a bit longer to help me! I can only recommend this place to get your bike fixed!

What to say, we came because the reviews of this place were great, and we sure weren't disappointed. Honest people and great mechanics, I would highly reccomend this place to anyone who needs it. They even gave us their personal number in case we needed assistance during our trip. We left reassured and ready for the many kilometres ahead. Thank you again for your precious help !

Alan and his team are very good. Fair prices and very good mechanically. Alan speaks very good English and was also helpful for taking the bike on a bus. Definitely recommend, best mechanic I've used in Vietnam
