The store is messy and unorganized, so much it's almost impossible to walk through the aisles with open half unpacked boxes everywhere and overflowing shelves. Staff is too busy to help and if you tell them you can't find something they'll just lazily tell you they ran out instead of trying to help you find it. Go to Phuong Ha 2 for a better selection and service.
