Our group of 25 people in Da Nang paid a deposit of 8.5 million to rent vila in Da Lat for the occasion of September 2. However, due to the complicated situation of Covid translation in SEA, at the end of July, the airline announced to cancel the flight, we immediately informed Tico to cancel the vila reservation and asked to pay the deposit, but Tico gave many reasons and only agreed. Reschedule the booking to another time that we cannot arrange. After many struggles, until yesterday, Tico side gave back 4.5 million with no dispute request! Really disappointed with this snatch business!nOur group of 25 persons from Danang city has deposited 8,5 mil.Dong for booking Dalat villa on 2/9 holiday. But due to serious covid in Danang so our flights have been cancelled from end of July, so we immediatelly informed Tico to cancel booking and requested for deposit return, but Tico has made excuses and only accept to move our booking to later normal days that we could not arranged. Arter so many bracing calls then till yesterday they have returned us only 4,5 mil. with demand for not sueing them! Really upset with such an unprofessional service!
