So helpful!! I was on a bicycle trip and near Ninh Binh when my gear shifter broke. The owner was extremely helpful in fixing my bike and making sure I was totally satisfied. He has all of the parts to fix nice mountain bikes, his mechanics are very knowledgeable, and his wife speaks very good English. I would highly recommend this bike shop. Thank you!!

My bicycle had a broken spoke on the rear wheel. It was fixed very quickly and professionally. Beautiful, clean shop where they really know their bicycles. Excellent service and I'd highly recommend these guys.

The guy who fixes bikes is across the street but doesn't speak English, the store will assist in translation. Fixed broken spoke wobbly wheel in 10 minutes for 50k dong (2$ usd)

On our tour of Vietnam we stopped in to have our deraiuler fixed. Great fast service and very cheap. We used Google translate to communicate and it worked out smoothly!
