I can say this is nice place. The room wherr I stayed is large, clean and very confortable. Price is acceptable.

Nice place. Poor breakfast for those wanting western breakfast. No toast butter or jam no cereal and no salad bacon sausage etc. fruit was hard and dry. Just Vietnamese food which is fine if that's what you want. I didn't.

Beautiful grounds, we stayed in the Superior Room, bed was comfortable, mini fridge for refreshments, all the toiletries you expect from a hotel. No safe which I was unhappy with. Hot water could use a boost, either I woke up too late and everyone else had used it up or there just isn't enough for the whole building. I don't think a hotel should ever really run out of hot water imho. Our room had a window facing a walk way behind the building, it was quite loud during the day, especially trying to take a nap. Overall a nice hotel, and we enjoyed our stay.
