Vinh University (Vinh University) is one of the top three multidisciplinary and multidisciplinary universities in Central Vietnam, [3] [4], which is a key national university in Vietnam. The first Principal of the school was People's Teacher, Professor Nguyen Thuc Hao. Vinh Pedagogical University branch was renamed to Vinh Pedagogical University according to Decision No. 637 / QD August 28, 1962 of the Minister of Education. On April 25, 2001, the Prime Minister signed Decision No. 62/2001 / QD-TTg to rename Vinh Pedagogical University to Vinh University. The first Principal of the school was Professor Nguyen Thuc Hao. The school was awarded the Second Class Labor Medal (1979), the First Class Labor Medal (1992), the Third Class Independence Medal (1995), the Second Class Independence Medal (2001), the Hero title Labor (2004), The Government's Excellent Emulation Flag (2007), First Class Independence Medal (2009), Friendship Medal by the State of Laos and many other noble awards.
