Rooms are dark and look dirty. They count everything that you use in the post op room including tissues and toothbrush. Horrible post op care. If you tip the front girls, you will cut lines to be the first of everything. And if you don’t, be aware to wait at least 1-2hrs for post op care. At other plastic surgery places, you dont have to keep coming back for 5-7 days for after care, but this place after getting surgery done you will have to keep coming back for so many things, including IV and other medical stuffs. It’s such a hassle especially if you have other things to do within the day. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to professionalism and sanitation problems.

You have experience and expertise from the hospital, so you will definitely understand the aesthetics, your fears, your needs, why you have so many questions for you. You're there because we're scared. Fear of losing his life, fear of bad, sequelae, fear of everything. Cut flesh without worrying so you need your support. I'm not happy with your attitude Ngan. Making the most important sale is to help our customers so that they can feel secure and believe in me but this Ngan does not care. Follow the style of forced work. Talking to customers that is distorted, reserved makes me very afraid to talk to you. I was afraid that you and Uncle Khiem were busy, so I made an appointment 1 day before but it was too bad to treat customers. Disrespectful customers. Like done right away. Mr. Khiem is a surgeon for me, so I want him to examine me because he will understand better. Exactly I believe him more. All of a sudden, I don't know how to find a doctor so I feel safe for it. The service attitude is very bad and unprofessional. Emcas needs to train the customer service department more than half about how to take care of customers (hospitality).
