Very unprofessional management. We have booked a VIP room for our Christmas party, making sure they know that about 20 people are coming, along with food and noise that might occur. When it was time for the party, the owner suddenly told us we could bring in food and we could organize our party. Imagine we brought gifts, food and designs ... and all twenty of us had to move to another hotel.nnWe understand hotel policies and such, which is why we have to make sure we communicate what we intend to do. A hotel manager bent all the rules and said we could implement our plan in their hotel. Lack of communication on their part is costing twenty people. What an unpleasant experience.nnVery unprofessional management. One hotel manager bended all rules and said we can execute our plan in their hotel. Lack of communication on their part though was at twenty people’s expense. What a nasty experience.

A management was too rude for us. During the booking, staff agreed that we would have a party at a special room that could serve 20 people. But when everything was set up, they told usnleaving and they will not allow us to stay because the food we brought outside, where in the first place they knew it was a Christmas party, we confirmed to them that we would There is material and everything for this party. So, in the middle of the night we packed up the furniture and they didn't bother to pay for this check-out. Really unprofessional !!! It was only one night but it was an awkward and worst Christmas ever.nnWorst hotel ever!
