Very unprofessional management. We booked the VIP room for our Christmas party, making sure to let them know that about 20 people are coming, with food, and possible noise. Come party time, the owner suddenly tells us that we can’t bring in food and that we can’t hold our party. Imagine we’ve brought our gifts, food and decors... and all twenty of us had to transfer to another hotel.nnWe understand hotel policies and such things, that’s why we had to make sure to communicate what we planned to do. One hotel manager bended all rules and said we can execute our plan in their hotel. Lack of communication on their part though was at twenty people’s expense. What a nasty experience.

No. I don't recommend this hotel. Management was so rude to us. Upon booking, it was agreed by the staff that we will have an event at the vip rooms which is bigger that can cater 20 people. But when things were all set up, they told us to leave saying that they wont allow us to stay because of the foods that we brought from outside where in the first place they knew this is a christmas party, they were informed by us that we will have those stuffs and everything.n. So, in the middle of the night we packed up, and they did not really mind us checking out. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL!!! it's just for a night but we had the most embarrasing and worst christmas ever!!!! ud83dudc7f

Worst customer service ever! Staff agreed with the booking details such as bringing food inside a VIP room but the staff and the arrogant hotel owner seemed to have skipped their classes on Communication 101. It's a 4star hotel but their customer service can't even pass for a 1star hotel. The owner has to learn business management & etiquette. We ended up leaving the hotel carrying all our stuff and we even had to pay after all the negotiations.
