Geology Museum

This is a small museum but it is free, so you can't complain much. It will only take you 30 minutes to see everything. There are some captions in English but they are only basic, not long descriptions. You really have to know your geology well to understand what you are looking at.

I am quite interested in colourful rocks and minerals, but even for me it was a little dry. Too many very similar looking grey pieces of rock. It was OK, and it was free, so I wouldn't recommend against it, but I wouldn't really recommend it either.

This place will be best appreciated by rock and fossil nerds. That being said, they have a humongous collection of rocks and minerals and fossils to look at that I think anyone can enjoy. It's really cool to see such a large collection. There are some descriptions and posters with information, but they can be dry if you're not into that kind of stuff. This place is free to the public so definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
