Staff attitude is not good, scowl, uncomfortable, not enthusiastic. Charged for fraud, sent in Hanoi 15k but reported 20k KH, may look back at the invoice asking for money back. This is deceptive and cunning behavior. Send EMS but it takes a whole day to fill in the form to deliver. Best to choose private carriers, professional service attitude to avoid bringing frustration into the body
