We thought we need to at least pay stub but no. He wanted the best for our pet simple as that. And we kept coming back there after of course.

Pet hotel is dodgy, not recommended.nI had put my cat in their pet hotel for the Christmas week after seeing the cats were left open in a big room. This however does not seem to be the case as my cat was extremely stressed out after I bought him home. Not only that, when you go to collect your cat they don't give you your pet immediately. They make you wait down for a fair bit. I think during this time they remove the pet from the cage and return them to the room. My cat was also not fed. Not sure if they even gave the cooked food I had given. The reason I know this is because as soon as I got the car home he went through a whole pile of cat food. He also looked under nourished. I will not be leaving my cat there again. The vet however - no complains there.

Worst service ever!!! My cat was about to die but they let us wait hopelessly for an hour while serving other clients who came after us even though I made a booking and asked in advance if the doctor can check for our pet! Worst ethics

Very impressed with the service, customer care and professionalism. Sent my two cats with a driver to this clinic, the vet, Dr Ngha and the admin staff were in touch with me all the time, would send photos and wait for my approval before they would start doing anything. They sent pics of all the blood test, as well. The overall cost was reasonable (unlike some other vets in D2 - Animal Doctors for instance, who charged ne 17.5 million and didn't even give me a definite answer or show the test results). All in all, pleased with the experience. Well done, guys!
