It is super clean and hygienic. Doctors fully explain to you so that you leave with no doubts. Staff and doctors are extremely friendly. Yes prices are steep but you get what you pay for and nobody wants to sacrifice the health of their pets. Be wise to take your pets to bona fide hospital like Animal doctors international.

My pet and I have a nice experience here. The staff, from vet, groomer to receptionist are very accommodating. You can see that they care. We went there originally for grooming, then got consultation which is for the benefit of my pet. We will come back here for sure. Highly-recommended.

Good place for pet care! Excellent service and lovely staff

Incredible experience!!! Close to home in D7/PMH. Helped diagnose our dog immediately with a severe problem that needed help, performed dental surgery with no complications and Dr. Jessica and Dr. Cyntia and their staff are respectful, kind, attentive and speak multiple languages fluently. In addition our second dog received a great dental cleaning, blood samples, deep ear check and “backside” expressing. Excellent service, expensive and worth it.

So far we have received a totally satisfactory service.
