I went on a trip on October 6, 2020. The car broke down in the middle of the road but the vehicle management and operator did not know how to handle it. Let customers wait 5 hours before another car arrives. New vehicles to pick up must also be on the road. Buying a bed ticket for 240k and then going to BMT-SG takes 14 hours and is on the road. The garage did not once apologize or give money assistance to customers. The facilities are good but the people and the management are bad. Businesses want to be professional but do not act professionally.

1 Why the team of car management and operation is very unprofessional. Broken car without timely response. The trip from Buon Me Thuot to Saigon lasted for 13 hours, missing many work plans of customers. The enterprise does not have a customer care division, problems have occurred but no inquiries or visits to compensate for customers.
