Small but comfortable and quiet place to work/study. No a/c but has fans. Workers are very helpful. WiFi goes well. They close at 11:30 for lunch.

- Environment: quiet, fairly clean but quite hot at noon due to AC unavailability (only fans).n- Accessibility: center of Go Vap District so it may not difficult to go there by bus. Free entrance, no need for register.n- Material: mainly common local newspapers, magazines. The library has green trees, clean space, updated many books both children and adults books, skill books, etc ..., cheap card fees. Librarians are friendly. Just no air conditioning. Many and new books. We can save a lot of money buying books sooner. Wifi is good so you can come to learn, look up, ...
