we have your digital door lock and its been giving us the warning sign of low batterynthan one of your technician came and told us that battery is melting (which my wife almost bought) trith is that it wasnt melting there is no mercury coming out we even checked the battery it still has 12volts he replaced the new circuit panel and it is still not fixed only answer i have from hafele tech is that ill send you email of iur system where it will giveout warning signs as soon as the battery is 1.5 v shortn1.he tried manipulate us thinking we dont known2. he kept blaming on battery and showung us the videos of other units where the coil on battery was burnt our arentn3. it is still not resolved if someone who can come back to us with clear answer will be appreciated thank youni have all the proof of all this mentioned above in video recordings and tech sheets in writing
