Ms. Ly is definitely the person to talk to! Because of the virus I was stuck in a different country, but that did not stop her from helping me move all my stuff from my apartment in Hanoi to the storage, she even got me a movers (transportation) to help with moving my boxes to the storage unit! She did all the communicating because I do not speak Vietnamese. She made my life so much easier! Will definitely recommend Kong Kho! They take the time and effort!!

Finally Hanoi has international calibre storage units. I’ve waited years for this. Clean, temperature controlled, secure and pest-proof. Manager Ms Ly speaks excellent English and is professional and helpful. Reasonable prices. KingKho deserves a 5-star rating.
