quite clean, quick service, staffs are not quite serious with ID check if you look old enough. Good sound systems compare to others cinemas in Hanoi.

CGV is fine! Modern, comfortable first run movies. Popcorn and beverages, reasonable prices. The mall is very upscale, expensive shops. No couches or chairs to sit on when I was there - definite deficiency.

The cinema was quite nice, clean and very comfortable. The prices are reasonable. The staff were very friendly and could communicate in English well enough. Not a fan of the popcorn. Its all sweet, and cold. Not sure if they will give you salt and butter, I have heard some CGVs will (in the West Lake area), and I didnt ask. Apart from terrible popcorn, the movie viewing experience was really good. Lots of places to grab a meal or a milk tea before and/or after the movie both inside the mall and out. Worth checking out if you want to see a film.

Supportive & friendly staff!nClean & cozy atmosphere!nMinus 1 star since last show no way out to street for me (!)nI had to go down B floor then walked up to outside for taxi pickup.nnShould arrange 1 way out easier for walking passenger like me!

Good place to enjoy movie. The service and atmosphere are nice. There are 7 cinemas. Among them 1 and 2 are large, the rest is quite small.
