Many coffee shop, facilities and street food around this area for visiting in the night or weekends.

Vinh central park is a large, fenced park with few access gates around ba lake. very few people. beautiful to relax, walk and run. restaurant need some creative investment.n(August 2020, twice)

I came here on a rainy day at 7AM. Nobody is there. I think it's more crowded at night. Looks like an ideal place for romance experience ud83dude09 I honestly don't see anything special in this place besides the lake. It's still good for a 10-15 walk, but I won't come back unless it has some new attraction.

This is a weird place... It almost feels like it should be an abandoned theme park, and yet the rides were all operational. It made for some interesting photos, though!nnWould not recommend actually getting on one of the rides, but it was a unique experience to walk through.

The largest park in Vinh city, filled with green trees around quite a big lake. Great for family picnics or simply morning exercise.
