I commissioned them to paint a portrait from an old photo of my in-laws and I found them to be fairly helpful and the painting was nice. They rolled and packed it safely in a tube for transport which was really great. The reason it's only 3/5 stars was because I expected them, as artists, to be more creative versus just replicating on canvas. I wanted them to change the background from the photo to a plain one and to crop the image so it didn't look like there were phantom limbs but it was challenging but we got there in the end.
