We took a customized one and a half day tour of the Mekong Delta and could not have been happier with the customer service, guides, driver, and sites. Our tour started off with what could have been a massive disappointment because, based on a miscommunication, the tour guide was waiting for us in our destination hotel in Can Tho even though we were supposed to start in Saigon. Admittedly, the miscommunication was equally my fault and the start and end hotels could have been more clearly communicated, but the owner of the company took full responsibility to remediate the situation. I sent her a message via the WhatsApp number on the booking email and she responded immediately and let us know that she was working to find a guide in Saigon that could meet us within an hour or two. While we ate breakfast, she found a new guide and driver to take us from Saigon to Can Tho that day while still doing everything on our prearranged itinerary. We made several stops along the way to do the activities listed for the first day of the two day Mekong Delta tour and finished the day with dinner at a restaurant filled with locals (we didn’t see any other tourists). On day 2, we went to the floating market in Can Tho and had a nice bike ride with the original guide that was supposed to meet us on day 1. Both guides were very engaging and knowledgeable and the customer service provided by the owner was better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend using this company for a private tour.

Private tour at its best. Lovely guides and amazing food.

We had a fantastic time touring the streets of Ho Chi Minh with the guides. The sights and especially the food were wonderful and Thanh were brilliant company and very knowledgeable! Recommended for anyone visiting the city!
