Great budget hotel with simple rooms - bed, desk, bathroom with hot slower, basin, toilet and bidet. No fridge though.nnFriendly staff.nnParking for car or bike.nnA little noisy as it's located on a bend in the road.nnWiFi drops quite often.nnOtherwise no issues.

I have no idea how can this hostel (not hotel) get the rate so high. The location is near the train station but very far from anything else, if you want to try a nice local breakfast definitely not this place. The cleaning is rated 2 over 5. I read some comment say the service is nice, the AC is cold so I ran to this place and the story begin. I turned the AC on, after 54 mins the temp. still the same. I myself took out the super dirty filter and clean it, nothing changed. I called the service, the first sentence when he see me is: do you know how to set the temp.?!? Then the guy said: If you don't like we can refund, we have no more room to switch (even those they cleaning up to 3 room right beside mine and how can we move to other hotel when 2 more groups stay in this place). After that a lady come and asked us to check a room on third floor, same thing happen. So guys, you can find many nice place near the center and avoid troubles. Have a nice trip.nnPS. Another issue in the morning. We asking for the payment invoice and the lady add 10% VAT tax. It's not a big problem if the invoive is VAT. She gave us something else that require only 5% according to government. The answer is funny: it's hostel's rule.

Solid hotel especially considering others where I've stayed in Vietnam. Clean, basic, but at a good price. Pretty close to the train station too.

Although having the hardest beds I have ever slept in, the hotel is very nice, quiet and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

Really nice hostel! Price is perfect, nice restaurants just around the corner. The owner has good English and was easy to talk to. They tried their best helping us with everything. Really nice!!
