Tan Hoi parish is located at the junction going into Phan Rang-Thap Cham city. The new church, once completed, could be said to be a typical religious base of the Ninh Thuan domain. For that reason, and to accommodate the not-so-spacious parish campus, the parish has chosen a church design with a ground floor for parking, meetings, activities, catechism, adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, reading the Divine Mercy ...nnThe construction of the Tan Hoi church officially started on the feast of Our Lady in the temple on November 21, 2011 with the foundation construction. After finishing the foundation and ground floor, on March 18, 2012, the diocesan Bishop entered the Mass to place the first stone.nnSince the first day of laying the stone, thanks to the grace of God continues to flow, the solemn intercession of Mary and St. Joseph, the generous help of the benefactors and relatives in the country and abroad , the sacrifice and unrelenting effort of all members of the People of God in the parish, the construction of the church has proceeded quite smoothly and well, so on November 21, 2012, 1 year of competition publicizing the foundation, the parish organized the Thanksgiving Mass and celebrated the Ceremony of the Grotto of the Blessed Mother, presided over by the Representative of the Archbishop of Ninh Thuan; and on December 27, 2012, the diocesan Bishop entered the Thanksgiving Mass and mastered the rite of making two new bells.nnAfter more than 1 year and 8 months of construction, the new church has been completed successfully. On August 23, 2013, the two-year anniversary of Father Jean Baptiste Pham Hong Thai's admission to the Tan Hoi parish, Bishop Joseph Vo Duc Minh entered the ceremony of the Opening and Offering of the Church.
