Not excellent, it should evaluate 4-star quality for traditional Hai Tien fish sauce. My family just switched to using the core fish sauce of Hai Tien Fish Sauce since last year when traveling to Hai Tien to buy and try it. After reading the article about distinguishing fish sauce and fish sauce, and the simple fish sauce test with cold rice of Hai Tien Essence Fish Sauce, I am very confident and want to try the traditional sauce of Hai Tien Fish Sauce. I ordered 2 liters of fish sauce, 1 kg of shrimp sauce, 1kg of Gioi Vang shrimp sauce, after using my family, I all love Hai Tien Fish Sauce, especially the traditional fish sauce with a strong, strong smell but Pretty fragrant, deep cooking k need for extra seasoning. I will continue to support Hai Tien Essence of Fish Sauce in part as a support for traditional products if you still keep the quality, not for immediate profit as traditional fish sauce brands my family bought before.
