Typical Vietnamese scam - the room you get is nothing like on booking or agora and then they want to charge you double for the room you've seen on photos. The most of the rooms are like that, with no fridge, no hot water, whatsoever and it smells like cigarettes

Nice place with free bicycles a bit outside of cai be. Its quiet. They were friendly but we had a misunderstanding about the booking. We good a great deal on agoda for a garden view room, which they then tried to charge extra. We insisted in our booking and they came around, but still i don't like that you have to argue to get what you have already paid for. Not my fault they have cheap prices in agoda

Nobody speaks English in this region, the reception is no different. But they help wherever they can, rooms were clean, bicycles are for free, the location invites you to explore the Delta on your own.
