Service quality is poor, customers do not use the restaurant but still call for money

Hotel room is bad. When I checked in the bedsheets there was a cockroach @. @. Personal hygiene items are lacking. The fridge smells really bad, like the way people put a raincoat in it. @. The hotel layout is messy. Overall pretty bad. The house eats a lot of flies.
