The manager of the main reception next to restaurant,she never smiles.nThis service is less than the $20 accommodation I stayed the day before in sapa-city.nnThe problem here is that it only seems to behave like that to Asians.nnI booked a shuttle bus for pick-up and take-off before I came here in advance.nnI reserved a bus leaving at 12 pm. Also, i have got a Cabin bus heading back to Hanoi was at 1:30 pm. ‘Topas’ wep site said that It takes about 45 minutes. This was enough time to get a bus to hanoi. If it depart on time.nnI arrived at the shuttle bus spot 20 minutes ago. Because I never should have been late.nMaybe there were many people who made reservations, three shuttle buses came.nnStaff had a list and I told her three times my name to check it out. But she only told me to just wait.nShe began to guide only Westerners, and the first bus left with only Westerners on board.nEven Westerners who haven't confirmed their reservations were included.nnWhen I could get on the shuttle bus, there were only Asians around me.nShuttle bus that i got on left 15 minutes later than schedule and took about an hour and 15 minutes.nnI almost missed my car. :)nI managed to get a taxi Immediatly and arrived at the Cabin Bus Travel Agency to Hanoi.nnThe most ridiculous thing was The Topas shuttle bus took a Westerner to the Cabin Bus Travel Agency to Hanoi.nnNo one told me there was such a service.nThank you so much. :)nnThis is not the work of the $250 resort.nIf you delete this review, I will actively review it again.nnIf I had misinterpreted something, your service makes me feel that way.nnPlease improve the attitude of the manager and staff.nOne star is because of the Nice View and the swimming pool.

Staff does not care the customer, not even greeting when we walk-in

This is a very unique property. Il start with the negative. It's a little on the expensive side. Not something you can do everyday. However the location is just amazing. Property is a quite secluded place with 360 degree mountain views. We were blessed with great weather and made it an amazing experience. Room was clean and very private. Infinite pool really made this resort what it is. Without it it would be an overpriced nice resort.nBreakfast could have a little more veriety as it is limited.nStaff were friendly however, and always smilled.nThe resort runs daily transfer to Sapa town and back. Drinks are reasonably priced. If ever in the area definitely worth checking out.
