UNLIMITED HOT WATER!nNo seriously, one of the best things to find in Vietnam is unlimited hot water.nBed was pretty good too as far as Vietnamese standards go.nStaff was friendly and acted quickly to requests.nWe had a problem with a ceiling light that kept turning itself on and off constantly and also the towel rack in the shower was barely attached to the wall, the lower part would even fall off the whole if pulled a bit, that's the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars.
