Well not all good local restaurants get ratings and reviews. Here in Vietnam we have so many street food restaurant owners who do not use Google business or facebook to promote their restaurants but only us - the local guide who appreciate their foods help other to find good places. Here is one of them. Chicken with pickled bamboo shoots, veggies and herbs. It’s spicy though. And chicken is the running type (not soft, it’s chewily tender ud83dude05ud83dude05ud83dude05. I made up this word). You dip Pho (noodle) in to the spicy source and it is so tasty.
