I have stayed here for a week during my business trip in Jan 2017 and what I experienced is unacceptable, and... horrible. The room and reception service are really bad. The dull toilet light, I almost can't see myself through the mirror for make-up due to that dark light. Even more, you always have to wait for at least 5 minutes for hot water from the shower whenever you turn on the tap. The smell from WC is terrible. There's no available water except for 2 bottles prepared in advanced. You have to pay for it if you want more. The other problem is the attitude of hotel receptionist. When I back the hotel after the meeting and get the key from them, if I don't ask for breakfast ticket, I would miss them. What I receive is a cold face without smile.....

Fine service, but there were some problems with the electricity and facility though they were resolved pretty quickly. The room is not new and the equipment looks outdated.

Really bad hotel i have ever experienced. treated hotel when the room is very hot and they change to other room and charge higher price. room is terrible hot. breakfast is unacceptable

The facility is old, some room AC doesn't work. And low quality of service.
