Quan Tuong Dai is an important architecture in Hue city. This is the meteorological observatory of the Nguyen Dynasty. Quan Tuong Dai and its activities are under the management of Kham Thien Giam. activities of the court as well as the people.nQuan Tuong Dai was built in 1827 under the reign of King Minh Mang, located in upper citadel (upper face), southwest corner of the citadel, within Nam Minh fortress (currently in Thuan Hoa ward, Hue city) . The building has 2 main parts: The foundation and the above architecture is called Bat Phong communal house.
