Dai Viet Hotel

Good hotel overall, friendly staff, morning buffet is okay. One problem, the bathroom door is unlockable and quite transparent, I know it goes well with the elegant and romantic theme but at least make it lockable and more private.

Do not stay at hotel until renovations are completed on November 15th!!!nArrived here and seemed great! We checked in and were informed that the gym, sauna and pool were all out of service and could not be utilized. We were annoyed but were dealing then when we finally got into the room there was construction going on and it sounded like a jackhammer was right outside of our room. We asked the hotel what they could do when we were experiencing all of these issues and the response was find a another hotel. After all of these issues we checked out, got a refund and checked into the Vinpearl Hotel. Paying the additional money was definitely worth it!! Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade.

Suggest to choose room with bathtub since it's located at higher floor. Air conditioning very cool, room well cleaned and maintained. Unfortunately massage floor under maintenance until October 2019.

Room was ok but the shower needs attention. Mould and staining need sorting. Electric jug leaked when pouring. Ordered a western chicken dish at their restaurantnWhat a shambles. Staff couldn't explain or didn't know what came with the order....chips....salad or vegetables. When it arrived it was almost inedible...worst I've had anywhere period. The building has typically (for Asia) poor finishing. Their so called tradesman wouldn't last 5 minutes in the west.
