My mother and aunts have recently stayed in this hotel for a night. But, a hotel staff has tried to charge astonishingly 12 million dong, even though my mother needed to pay only 1.2 million dong.nMoreover, while checking out, the staff has urged my aunt to pay extra charge, claiming that a cup was missed when my mother and aunts were staying. (The staff has asserted that the hotel offered 3 cups for my mother and aunts, but my mother said there were only 2 cups in the room.) My aunt has said that none of her companies used cups in hotel room. But, the hotel staff has looked down on her for having a poor command of Vietnamese and English, urging her to pay for a missed cup.nI'm deeply frustrated by a rude hotel staff for mistreating its customers.
