Tasty hot jasmin milktea. The chocolate tea is a bit watery. Would be better if mixed with milk instead of water. The employers could be friendlier, a smile would be nice. It was our first time here. Around 8.30 am they just opened and the tapioca Pearl's weren't ready yet, while there specials contains those Pearl's. The lady didn't explain much, as if I should know better. I would prepare those pearls, the tea and also cleaning the toilet, before opening hours. One more thing. Instead of plastic cups for not takeaways they could use reusable cups/straws. This place has potential.

Tocotoco is very known in Thai Binh city, there is a new tea shop on the south east side of the city and the staff is very smiley and friendly. The opened new with new promotions with the full moon (moon festival or mid autumn festival as they know it here). They have a reduce sitting and they deliver.
