My husband and I booked this hotel on Agoda before we arrived. Upon arrival, the person at reception told us that the hotel does not make use of Agoda anymore, and charged us 100 VND more per night than what we originally booked the room for on Agoda. This was disappointing, as they are still reflecting on Agoda, therefore we should have paid the price that we booked the room for online. But the person at reception didn't want to hear us out, and therefore we ended up paying more for our room per night.
