Mandala Hotel & Spa Bac Ninh

Good hotel with every facilities, especially outstanding service. Thank the hotel manager Le Duc Thien.nAnd I stay here for 3 months during this business trip, it's long enough to know this hotel well and have affection with those staffs, they are friendly and dedicated on their duties everyday.nHere I would like to thank Le Duc Thien again, he is always a trustable man and helped me many times then we became good friends.nIt is best hotel in Bac Ninh and my traveling life, I will book it again next time. Hope to see you guys soon.

Great choice for Bac NinhnnThis was my second time here at the Mandala. I prefer to stay here when I am in Bac Ninh.nnRoom is nice, included breakfast is nice - the croissants and cappuccinos are excellent. No ATM at location, which could have been an issue - I had to pay cash on delivery for room service, and it was a good thing I had cash!nnThe windows do not block a lot of noise; I would prefer a higher room next time (not sure it would help though). There was a food court type thing outside my window, and the sound leaked through a lot until 11pm or so. I really REALLY wish I spoke there lingo, the food court looked like a lot of fun.nnEverything else was consistent with a great hotel, especially the people; they always had a smile on their face and a friendly greeting.

Room 8/10 - everything is perfect, except the soundproof is pretty bad.nStaff 10/10 - very friendly and helpful.nLocation 10/10 - right in the centre of the city, great view.nPrice 9/10 - cheap, as my opinion.nHighly recommend. I will choose it again.
