Hoang Hoa Tham High School was officially established on October 1, 1999 under the Decision No. 1845/1999 / QD-UB of Hung Yen People's Committee. When newly established, the school had a total of 7 classes with nearly 300 students and 16 officials, teachers and staff members of Luong Hoa Thu teacher as the school's principal. Since 1999, the school has gradually improved its facilities, leadership, teaching staff and stabilized student population. In the school year 2011-2012, the school put into use a new high-rise class house bringing the total number of solid classrooms to 20 rooms; a functional house with full of departments and classrooms equipped with modern equipment, well serving the teaching requirements of teachers and students; School size: 21 classes, with 886 students.
