'Tis a small cordoned off area filled with a number of metal frame sculptures covered with a plastic or paper skin. They're not very interesting during the day when they're not illuminated due to the beating sun, but at night when they are lit up they're very pleasant to look at.nThe Garden is on the small side on the opposite bank to Hoi An's Old Town. It's easy to miss since there are also other sculptures along the river and some structures in the river itself.
