Haven't buy anything, but when came to ask for help to lift up the bicycle seat, they refused to help and said that they dont have a tool, even though we were standing next to the tool we needed. We would defenately tip them for the help, but as they refused we felt unwanted there and would not come back for any help. And would not recommend to do it for you as well... Sad.

I got a mountain bike for 60k VND per day to bike to My Son. It was rideable. The shock absorbing wasn't best and the rear brake wasn't working at all, but fortunately the saddle was okay and this bicycle-friendly route to My Son is in a good condition with not much traffic:nnHoi An Center > Cam Kim Bridge > Cam Kim Commune > Duy Vinh Commune > Duy Phuoc Commune > Nam Phuoc Town > Chim Bridge > My Son SanctuarynnBeware that opening hours stated here on Google Maps are not correct. They are open only until 6pm so I couldn't return the bike at 6:30pm. They insisted that they told me but they definitely didn't mention this and I had to pay another 30k VND. You also have to leave some ID here - a copy of my passport was accepted.

Easy for us to rent two functioning bikes for one day at a fair price. Good brakes and a basket.

The family running Hoi An bicycle store - Minh Chinh store are wonderful people and they provide excellent service.

They did a minor adjustment on my bike, no charge. Very nice people, good mechanic!
