I had such lovely experience here that I came back for the second time. The food was nice and fresh, service nice and polite, and the owner even introduced us the history of the house and showed real enthusiasm for Vietnamese history and culture. If you’re trying to find a place to sit and enjoy the chill Hoian ambiance, I guess this is it :)

Good location in the old town of Hoian, a few step away from the central market.nIt is very simple and normal at first sight but you’ll be surprised as you come inside to the garden, spacious, nice touch of Hoian and decoration.nThe food and drinks are not really special though.

Really cool bar with nice drinks and food. I was here a few times as it was across the street from Yaly (a custom tailor shop where I had some garments made). The atmosphere is really cool with original art for sale. I recommend sitting outside in front for people watching or out back for more tranquility. Don't miss happy hour!!

Lovely food, very tasty Vietnamese chicken curry for my husband, I enjoyed the Set Menu for 1.nFriendly staff, cocktails 241 happy hour. First one average, second quite strong ud83eudd2a

This is a cute spot with a nice, shaded garden area in the back. The beer is cold (or at least approaching cold). The vegetable fresh rolls were rather bland with a sauce that was unremarkable other than the chili paste added to the bottom of the bowl. I came in mid afternoon when it was almost completely empty, but it looks like the ambiance would be better at night. WiFi is unsecured, so seek somewhere else if you prefer the passworded variety.
