Manage shop staff about hours, work attitudes and professional skillsn- Organize and manage the accounting work at the Store in accordance with the law and decentralization of the Company.n- Management of assets, goods and debts at petrol stationsn- Regularly check cash and goods funds at the station as prescribed.n- Periodic report on business, loss of goods at the station for the company as prescribed.n- Guiding and inspecting the hygiene, labor safety, fire prevention and fighting daily at the stationn- Prepare a system of books and papers at petrol stations in accordance with the Company's regulations.n- Directly participate in receiving guests and solve customers' complaints and inquiries beyond the scope of salespeople.n- Market research and search for customers to improve revenue at petrol stationsn- Catch the sales revenue of stores or some stores in the region.
