my wife and I had a great stay here. If you are looking for American grade amenities with a sparkling clean bathroom and comfortable bed. This is it. check and check out are simple. After that, you got the key and the gate code and pretty much in and out at your leisure. From here we can get to most of attraction in the city with 5 mins such as Starbucks, etc. I really enjoy my run to Han River and then a motorbike trip from here around the city every day. We would stay again. Best bang for the bucks

Very relaxing and modern place. Room is clean with lots of amenities. The court yard was my favorite, husband and I had some coffee in the balcony and looked straight to the green garden . enjoyed our stay with them

Đà Nẵng is one of my favorite for a twenty something and fifty something ladies to enjoy. I and my mom are lucky enough to find a stay that fits us both surrounding by art, calmness, greenery and right in the middle of modern city where I can enjoy the city within walking distance.nnKaia residence hides itself in the most wealthy residence of the old Danang. You can hear the bird chipping in early morning from the garden Càfe and watching rain or the sky full of stars, moon and clouds as having your dinner or your late drink in the opening kitchen in the rooftop.I have been in a few five star hotels yet I have to rate the secretive Kaia room to a higher level for its wonderful artsy brought in natural light and materials in its interior decor. I love the green marble kitchen and the early morning sunlight getting through the linen curtain in the room.nnThe couple who owns the place knows everything about old and modern places in Danang and they have a great taste how to enjoy and discover Danang and its surrounding neighborhood like Hoi An.

Every corner, crevasse and cranny are satisfying to cast your gaze, and the rooms are no short of heaven designed.nnThe facilities are spacious, comfortable and eye pleasing. The communal area features a relaxed atmosphere to sit back, relax, work or socialize and is homey with a layer of perfect magazine-modern.nnIn my room I was gifted with a reusable shopping bag, humidifier and two bamboo toothbrushes. The residence pushes for eco friendly living and uses solar power to generate the hot water. The room was incredibly spacious with generous commodities and WiFi access. In my 30 days of stay, I never had to buy any extra utensils or living items.nnThe staff are more than friendly, they treat you as an equal and do their best to cater for your needs. They were extremely accepting of my late nights and small requests. They cleaned my room as a surprise, more than once, and engaged in friendly conversations. They even left a few vegetables as a present for me. When I was sick they offered medicine and food. I was blown away at the family-like service.nnStaying at Kaia was nothing short of a gift and a precious time. I enjoyed every second and am longing to go back. This is truly a flawless accommodation. If you’re looking for a 5-Star self catering, this is it.
