I think the tour lacks loads of information. I didn't learn anything that I hadnd't read before. They didn't explain any history at all. I think they should explain some history, put Da Nang in context within the Vietnamese Civil War and the roll it had. I know Da Nang was an important Air Base for the Americans, and that the soldiers use to relax on Da Nang beaches, but none of it was said in the tour.nnIt has things out of place, for example, in the online registration they try to sell you Rental Bikes. I'm booking a free walking tour, I don't want any rental bike advertisement.nnAlso, the tour is not 2 hours like they sell on their website, it is from 9:00h until 10:30h, when it ends at Da Nang Visitors Centre. There, the guides were pretty insistent on making us write a good review right there in front of them.nnI love Free Walking Tours, I think a very good initiative for Da Nang, but it needs a lot of improvement. Guides with more experience in history and tourism.nnThanks.

Tuyen was absolutely amazing as our guide. She was informative and friendly throughout the tour. She explained everything in details. She even played games with us (such as guess the fruit) which kept us entertained. During the food story tour, she explained each food, where it originated from, and how it became popular. She showed us how to make the Vietnamese spring rolls. It felt like a cooking class. I loved it! This was amazing tour. I highly recommend it.

Tuyen was a fantastic guide, she speaks English, Chinese and of course Vietnamese and was so informative about her city. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants to understand Danang!

This place does money exchange but DO NOT EXCHANGE MONEY HERE. Rate is not that different from airport and they even try to snatch some of your cash. Do count your cash before you leave. I first thought the staff just made a mistake but the same thing happened to another traveler only one day before me. Coincidence? Haha

Lovely experience! Jack was extremely helpful and informative. I opted for the foody street tour and he took me to a restaurant and a street food stall that both served the most delicious food! Highly recommend the foody tour! ud83dude04
